Actually, there are no vegetarians on this trip. Sara’s been eating the chicken, which seems to always be either completely dry and rubbery or wonderfully flavorful and delicious. And one of the best dishes we’ve had here was deep-fried chicken wings–not something you see on Thai restaurant menus at home (which is a shame!).
I never thought you could eat Orchids……Are they filling ?……must be great for Vegetarians !?
